4A. AI Tools, Bots, Automations, and Third-Party Platforms (No Warranties; Assumption of Risk)

4A.1 AI/Automation Disclaimer. Our products, services, coaching, templates, prompts, workflows, integrations, and recommendations may involve or relate to artificial intelligence (“AI”), bots, automations, APIs, and/or third-party software platforms (including but not limited to HighLevel/LeadConnector, OpenClaw, Zapier, Make, BotMockups, hosting providers, and other vendors) (collectively, “AI Tools”). AI Tools may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, unsafe, or unexpected outputs and may perform actions you did not intend.

4A.2 Not Professional Advice. Any information we provide is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, accounting, medical, compliance, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and for verifying outputs before you rely on them or implement them.

4A.3 You Control Deployment and Permissions. You are solely responsible for (a) whether to build, install, deploy, activate, or use any AI Tools; (b) configuration and security settings; (c) permission scopes, API keys, OAuth tokens, access controls, and approval flows; (d) monitoring, testing, backups, and change control; and (e) compliance with all laws, regulations, and third-party terms that apply to your business, data, and use case.

4A.4 No Responsibility for Bot Actions or Outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTGF, LLC, Joe Heiser, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to:

• any AI Tool outputs, recommendations, or decisions;
• any automated actions taken by a bot, workflow, script, integration, API call, or third-party platform;
• any downtime, service interruption, bugs, misconfiguration, security incident, data loss, data corruption, unauthorized access, account lockout, payment issues, chargebacks, or compliance violations; or
• any business, financial, reputational, operational, or personal harm (including loss of profits/revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, or loss of access to accounts).

4A.5 Third-Party Tools and Chad/Third-Party Programs. Some solutions may be created, supplied, hosted, or supported by third parties (including programs associated with Chad Nicely and/or other affiliates/partners). We do not control third-party tools or programs and make no warranties regarding them. Any dispute regarding third-party tools, programs, or services is between you and the third party.

4A.6 Customer Responsibility; Human Review Requirement. You agree to implement appropriate safeguards, which may include human review/approval steps, rate limits, access least-privilege, audit logs, and rollback procedures. You acknowledge that fully autonomous execution carries elevated risk and you assume all such risk.

4A.7 Maximum Liability. Without limiting the general “Limitation of Liability” above, if we are found liable for any claim related to AI Tools despite the disclaimers in these Terms, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joe the Goat Farmer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
